Özet
Bu araştırmada, ters yüz sınıf yönteminin 6. sınıf öğrencilerinin dinleme becerisine etkisi ve bu yönteme göre verilen dinleme eğitimine ilişkin görüşleri incelenmiştir. Araştırmada ön test - son test kontrol gruplu model kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu Marmara bölgesindeki bir ortaokulun 6. sınıfında öğrenim gören 28 öğrenci oluşturmaktadır. Araştırma kapsamında, haftalık iki ders saati olmak üzere 8 haftalık bir uygulama yapılmıştır. Deney grubuna ters yüz sınıf yöntemine göre planlanmış dinleme eğitimi, kontrol grubuna öğretmen kılavuz kitabında yer alan yönergelere göre dinleme eğitimi verilmiştir. Uygulama sürecinde ve ön test - son testte kullanılan metinler için uzman görüşü alınmıştır. Belirlenen metinler araştırmacı tarafından seslendirilmiş ve uygun müzik ve görseller kullanılarak video hâline getirilmiştir. Video şekline getirilen metinler EBA aracılığıyla öğrencilere ulaştırılmış ve öğrencilerin temel öğrenmeleri gerçekleştirerek sınıfa gelmeleri sağlanmıştır. Araştırmanın nicel verileri Öyküleyici Metin (Zeki Tüccar) Başarı Testi, Şiir Metni (Nineme Ninni) Başarı Testi ve Bilgilendirici Metin (Okul) Başarı testi kullanılarak toplanmıştır. Araştırmanın nitel verileri ise yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu ve öğrenci günlükleri aracılığıyla toplanmıştır. Araştırmanın nicel verileri istatistik programı kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Araştırmada elde edilen nitel veriler ise içerik analizi yöntemiyle analiz edilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda hem deney grubunun hem de kontrol grubunun dinleme başarısında artış olduğu, deney grubunda meydana gelen başarı artışının kontrol grubundakinden daha yüksek olduğu ve aradaki farkın deney grubu lehine istatistiki olarak anlamlı olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca cinsiyet değişkeninin sadece deney grubunda Bilgilendirici Metin (Okul) Başarı Testi'nde erkek öğrenciler lehine anlamlı düzeyde farklılaşmaya sebep olduğu görülmüştür. Nitel verilerin analizi sonucunda, ters yüz sınıf yöntemine göre verilen dinleme eğitiminin; öğrencilerin akademik başarılarını, dinlediklerini anlama becerilerini, dinleme tutumlarını, derse karşı olan memnuniyet algılarını, derse katılımlarını, günlük dinleme durumlarını, öğrencilerin velileriyle ilişkilerini ve sınıf ortamını olumlu yönde etkilediği belirlenmiştir.

In this research, the effects of flipped classroom method on 6th grade students' listening skills and the views on listening education according to this method are examined. Pre - test and post - test control group model was used in the research. The study group consisted of 28 students in the 6th grade of a primary school in Marmara region. in the scope of the research, two lcourse hours in per week practiced for 8 weeks. The experimental group was given a designed listening education according to the flipped classroom method and the control group was given listening education according to the instructions in the teacher's guide book. Expert opinion was taken for the texts used in the application process and the pre-test and post-test. The determined texts were voiced by the researcher and made a video by using appropriate music and visuals. The texts which were brought into video form were delivered to students via EBA and the students were provided with basic learnings study and came to the class. Quantitative data of the study were collected by using the Storyteller's Text (Zeki Tüccar) Achievement Test, Poetry Text (Nineme Ninni) Achievement Test and Informative Text (Okul) Achievement Test. Qualitative data of the study were collected through semi-structured interview form and student diaries. Quantitative data of the study were analyzed by using statistical program. The qualitative data obtained in this study were analyzed by content analysis method. As a result of the study, it was found that the listening success of both the experimental group and the control group was higher, the success increase in the experimental group was higher than the control group and the difference was found to be statistically significant in favor of the experimental group. In addition, gender variable was found to be significantly different in favor of male students in Informative Text (Okul)Achievement Test only in the experimental group. As a result of the analysis of qualitative data, the listening education given according to the flipped clasroom method; it was determined that students' academic achievement, listening comprehension skills, listening attitudes, perception of satisfaction towards the course, participation in the lesson, daily listening situations, relations with students' parents and the classroom environment were positively affected.
