Özet
Yüzyıllar boyunca üretim tekniklerinin gelişimi ile birlikte önce tarımda, ardından sanayide önemli dönüşüm süreçleri yaşanmıştır. Bugün geldiğimiz nokta ise son sanayi devrimi olarak bilinen Endüstri 4.0'dır. Bu kavram, ilk kez 2011 yılında Almanya'nın Hannover kentinde düzenlenen fuarda gündeme gelmiş ve o günden günümüze kadar birçok yeniliğin öncüsü olmuştur. Başta gelişmekte olmak üzere tüm ülkeler, dünyada rekabet ortamında bulunabilmesi ve büyüyebilmesi için Endüstri 4.0'ın dizayn ettiği bu sürece entegre olmak durumundadır. Zira verimlilik, üretkenlik, kalite artışı, maliyet avantajı, hız gibi bir çok önemli faktöre pozitif etki eden bu teknolojilere geçiş olmadığı taktirde rekabet avantajı kaybedilecek ve düşüş süreci başlayacaktır. v Başta otomotiv sektörü olmak üzere birçok faaliyet alanında devam eden bu sürece entegrasyon çeşitli koşullardan ötürü beklenen hızda gerçekleşememektedir. Bu çalışmada da Bursa otomotiv endüstrisinde faaliyet gösteren firmaların Endüstri 4.0 ile ilgili mevcut durumları görüşme yapılarak ve SWOT analizi uygulanarak ele alınmıştır. Elde edilen sonuç neticesinde, firmaların Endüstri 4.0 sürecine bilgi açısından haiz olmalarına karşın uygulamada henüz Endüstri 3 seviyelerinde oldukları, Endüstri 4.0 teknolojilerine ise adapte olmaya çalıştıkları saptanmıştır.

Through the development of production techniques over the centuries, important transformation processes occurred in agriculture and then in industry. The point we came to today is Industry 4.0 which is known as the last industrial revolution. This concept first came to the fore in the fair held in Hannover, Germany in 2011 and has been the pioneer of many innovations since then. All countries, especially in developing countries, need to be integrated in this process designed by Industry 4.0 to be able to find and grow in a competitive environment in the world. If there is no transition to these technologies that have a positive effect on many important factors such as efficiency, productivity, quality increase, cost advantage, speed, then competitive advantage will be lost and the decline process will start. vii The integration of this process, which continues in many fields of activity, especially in the automotive sector, cannot be realized at the expected speed due to various conditions. In this study, the current situation of the companies in Bursa automotive industry related to Industry 4.0 was discussed by applying the SWOT analysis. As a result of the results, it is determined that the firms are still in the level of Industry 3 and they are trying to adapt to the Industry 4.0 technologies even though they are in the knowledge of Industry 4.0 process.
