Özet
“Türkiye'de Endüstri 4.0 ile Dijitalleşen Açık ve Uzaktan Eğitim Uygulamalarının Destek Hizmetleri Üreticisi İşletmelerdeki İstihdama Etkisi”nin araştırıldığı bu çalışmada, endüstri 4.0 ve dijitalleşme ile açık ve uzaktan eğitim öğrencilerine sunulan hizmetlerdeki değişimler öncelikle ele alınmıştır. Söz konusu değişimlerin Destek Hizmetleri Üreticisi İşletmeler tarafından sunulan hizmetlere ve bu hizmetlerin talebine etkisi tespit edilerek, talepte ortaya çıkan değişime bağlı olarak da istihdamda meydana gelen değişim incelenmiştir. Bilgi toplumu sonrası dijitalleşen dünyada günümüz tekniği ve teknolojisi göstermektedir ki; uzaktan eğitim sayesinde, geleneksel eğitim ortam ve materyalleri değişerek belirli bir zamana ve mekâna bağlılık ortadan kalkmış, zaman ve mekândan bağımsız olan siber-fiziksel ortamlara taşınmıştır. Bu araştırmada; dijitalleşmenin, açıköğretim kurslarındaki yüz yüze eğitim talebine etkisi ve talepteki değişimin ise istihdama etkisi nitel araştırma tekniklerinden biri olan durum analizi (case study) tekniği ile araştırılmıştır. Bu kesitsel alan araştırmasında, kolayda örnekleme yöntemiyle açıköğretim kurslarında öğretmen olarak çalışmış olan yüz doksan beş personel ile temasa geçilerek yüz on dokuzunun elektronik ortamda yapılandırılmış anket formlarını doldurmaları sağlanmıştır. Bu araştırmanın analiz birimi bireydir.

In this study that was explored,“Digitalization of Open and Distance Education Practices with Industry 4.0 in Turkey and Impact of Employment of Support Services Producer Businesses”primarly, the changes with Industry 4.0 and digitalization in the services offered to open and distance education students were examined. By determining the effect of these changes on the services provided by Support Services Producer Enterprises and the demand of these services, the direction of the change that will occur in employment depending on the change in demand has been tried to be determined. In the digitalized world after the information society, today's technique and technology shows that; Thanks to distance education, the traditional education environment and materials have changed and adherence to a certain time and physical space has disappeared and moved to cyber-physical environments independent of time and space. In this study; The effect of digitalization on the face-to-face education demand in open education courses and the indirect effect of this change on employment and the impact on employment of changes in demand by using the case study technique, which is one of the qualitative research techniques. In this cross-sectional area survey, with the easy sampling method, one hundred and ninety-five teachers those who worked in open education courses were contacted and one hundred and nineteen of them filled in the questionnaire forms that were structured electronically.
