Özet

SUMMARY MANAGEMENT STRATEGIES FOR ENTERPRISES IN GLOBALIZATION In our time as a result of new investigation in electronics communication becomes easier and new market alternatives is possible for firms. Customer and seller can see alternatives and make a desicion accordingly. This situation make increase in competition. Firms must take necessary measure for adaptation. Firm which must be work customer, seller and personnel from different culture, should choose new management strategies. Companies become flexible, information based, focused on customer, changing speedly, taking personnel reflections instead of organizations with hard rules and hierarchy in old times. Firms have possibility of working customer from everywhere in the world, should be choose the alternatives such that different products or just a global product. Firms which want to enter new market should decide about alliances. If a company wants to work with foreigners from different cultures, must also research different economies. Under growing competition, firms which serve customer needs better than others, takes a good stage then others. To serve customer needs in a better way firm must be customer focused and should be see their needs in time, produce accordingly and sell them a price which is wished by customer. To provide this lean production method is used. To serve customer in the best way, the importance of quality must be considered. Consequences, the number of firms which use“Total Quality Management”are increased. For this reason firms to take total quality method are increased. 124Information becomes the wordiest source. To be focused on customer a firm should give necessary importance to workers. Workers are the important means. Information intensive firms are taking the place of labour intensive firms. Firms consider the knowledge of the personnel. Importance of the training are increased and firms must be take necessary measure for training the personnel by themselves. Every firm must take necessary mesure on time because of globalization and rapid change. This is also true for Turkey. According to the increase of global competition firms must make necessary change in the organization structure and choose the best market alternatives. Nowadays Turkish firms also consider the importance of customer satisfactions and quality. 125
