Özet
Araştırmanın amacı, 2019-2020 eğitim öğretim yıllarında Millî Eğitim Bakanlığına bağlı İstanbul ili Üsküdar ilçesi Mesleki ve Teknik Anadolu Liselerinde 9. sınıf kız öğrencilerinin meslek seçimini etkileyen faktörler - mesleğe ilgi, iş avantajları, bireysel yetenekler, çaresizlik, çevre etkisi ve aile etkisi – ile grafik dalına olan talep oranının ilişkisinin araştırılmasıdır. Bu çerçevede, özünde 400 kişilik evrenden 9. sınıf anadolu meslek lisesi öğrencilerinden pandemi döneminde ulaşılabilen ve katılmayı kabul eden 360 öğrenci çalışma grubunu oluşturmaktadır. Evren içinden seçilen örneklem üzerinden yapılan çalışmalar yoluyla evren genelindeki kişilerin meslekî alan seçimini etkileyen faktörler doğrultusundaki görüşlerinin belirlenmesini amaçlayan kesitsel tarama (survey) araştırması kullanılmıştır. Analiz sonuçları görselleştirilerek nicel verilere ulaşılmıştır. Çalışma verileri meslek liseleri içerisinden seçkisiz olmayan örnekleme yöntemlerinden amaçsal örnekleme kullanılarak elde edilmiştir. Araştırmada, veri toplama aracı olan anket geliştirilirken araştırmanın amaçları doğrultusunda, literatürde meslek seçimi konusunda yapılmış benzer çalışmalarda kullanılan ölçekler ve anketler gözden geçirilmiştir. Araştırmadan elde edilen veriler, SPSS programı ile analiz edilmiştir. İstatistiklerin yorumlanmasında betimsel analiz yapılmıştır. Liselere göre meslek seçimini etkileyen faktörler incelendiğinde Çevre Etkisi ve Aile Etkisi alt boyutlarında anlamlı bir fark bulunurken bu faktörler haricinde diğer boyutlarda - Mesleğe İlgi, İş Avantajları, Bireysel Yetenekler ve Çaresizlik - herhangi bir fark görülmemiştir. Çevre Etkisi ve Aile Etkisi alt boyutlarındaki farklılığı bulmak için yapılan post hoc analizlerinden LSD analiz sonucuna göre, Çevre Etkisi, Aile Etkisi kapsamında; Üsküdar Borsa İstanbul MTAL grubunda olanların Mithatpaşa MTAL ve Cumhuriyet MTAL okullarına göre daha yüksek çevre etkisi olduğu ortaya çıkmıştır. Meslek seçimini etkileyen faktörler Grafik Dalı özelinde analiz edildiğinde, sadece Mesleğe İlgi alt boyutunda anlamlı bir fark bulunmuştur. Bu alt boyut içinde hangi lisede daha fazla mesleğe ilgi olduğunu bulmak için post hoc analizlerinden LSD yapılmıştır. Post hoc analiz sonucuna göre; Üsküdar Borsa İstanbul MTAL lisesi grafik alanı öğrencilerinin Cumhuriyet MTAL ve Mithatpaşa MTAL grafik alanı öğrencilerine oranla daha yüksek grafik dalına ilgileri olduğu ortaya çıkmıştır.

The aim of the research is to investigate the relationship between the factors affecting the career choice - career interest, job advantages, individual abilities, helplessness, environmental impact and family impact – of 9th grade female students in the Vocational and Technical Anatolian High Schools in the Üsküdar district of Istanbul, affiliated to the Ministry of National Education in the 2019-2020 academic years, and the rate of demand for the graphic branch. In this framework, the study group consists of 360 students who can be reached during the pandemic period and who agree to participate, from the universe consisting of 400 9th grade Anatolian vocational high school students. A cross-sectional survey was used to determine the opinions of the people in the population in the direction of the factors affecting the choice of vocational field, through the studies carried out on the sample selected from the population. Quantitative data were obtained by visualizing the analysis results. The study data were obtained from non-probability sampling methods from vocational high schools by using purposive sampling. While developing the questionnaire, which is a data collection tool in the research, the scales and questionnaires used in similar studies on career choice in the literature were reviewed in line with the purposes of the research. The data obtained from the research were analyzed in the SPSS program. Descriptive analysis was performed in the interpretation of the statistics. When the factors affecting the choice of profession according to high schools were examined, there was a significant difference in the Environmental Impact and Family Impact sub-dimensions, while no difference was observed in the other dimensions, namely Interest in the Profession, Job Advantages, Individual Talents and Desperation. According to the results of the LSD analysis, one of the post hoc analyzes to find the difference in the Environmental Impact and Family Impact sub-dimensions, within the scope of Environmental Impact; It has been revealed that those in the Üsküdar Borsa İstanbul MTAL group have a higher environmental impact than the Mithatpaşa MTAL and Cumhuriyet MTAL schools. Within the scope of Family Effect; It has been revealed that those in Üsküdar Borsa İstanbul MTAL group have higher family influence than Mithatpaşa MTAL and Cumhuriyet MTAL schools. When the factors affecting the choice of profession were analyzed specific to the Graphics Department, a significant difference was found only in the sub-dimension of Interest in the Profession. Post hoc analyzes of LSD were conducted to find out which high school is more interested in the profession within this sub-dimension. According to the results of the post hoc analysis, it has been revealed that those who have the graphic field of Üsküdar Borsa İstanbul MTAL high school have a higher interest in graphics than those who have the graphic field of Cumhuriyet MTAL and Mithatpaşa MTAL high school.
