Özet

IV ÖZET Turizm, ülkelerin kalkınmalarını sağlayan önemli faktörlerden biri olarak karşımıza çıkmaktadır. Ülkemizde turizm son yıllarda sürekli olarak gelişme göstermiştir. Bunun sonucunda büyük istihdam alanı yaratan bir sektör haline gelmiştir. Turizm sektöründe sürekli gelişimin sağlanabilmesi için insan faktörüne her zaman ihtiyaç vardır Turizm sektöründe örgün eğitim genel anlamda okullarda yapılmaktadır. Bu bağlamda turizm sektörüne vasıflı ara eleman yetiştiren A.O.T.M.L. 'nin yapısı çok önemlidir. Çünkü yetiştirilen elemanlar turizm sektörünün yapı taşlarını oluşturmaktadırlar. Bu okulların turizm sektörünün beklentilerine yönelik olarak, yeniden yapılanması sürecinde yapılması gerekenler ve bunlara çözüm önerileri aranmıştır. Yeniden yapılanma sonucunda A. 0. T. M. L. ' nde bir modelin ortaya çıkması sağlanmıştır. Bu amaçla yapılan araştırma dört bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci Bölümde araştırmanın amacı, kapsamı, yöntemi ele alınmıştır. İkinci Bölümde A. 0. T.M. L. ' nde turizm eğitiminin mevcut durum analizi yapılmıştır. Üçüncü Bölümde A.O.T.M.L. 'nin turizm sektörünün beklentilerine yönelik olarak yeniden yapılanması sürecinde, bu beklentilerin anket yöntemiyle tesbiti incelenmiştir. Dördüncü Bölümde ise turizm sektörünün beklentilerine yönelik A.O.T.M.L. 'nde turizm eğitiminin yeniden yapılanndırma modeli ortaya konulmuştur. Araştırma sonuç bölümü ile tamamlanmıştır.

V ABSTRACT Tourism is one of the important factors which enables countries to develop. It is a continuously developing sector that provides a lot of imployment, at the end of this, It changed to a section which supplies employment. To get a continuous development in tourism area, human factor is the leading one in ass the others. In tourism sector the basic education is made in schools in general meaning. In this area school education in general is carried out in schools so the structure of Anatolian Hotel and Tourism Schools is very important as they educate avalified personnel for tourism area. Because these educated personnel are the basic stones of it. About the restructuring of these schools according to the needs of tourism area some solutions and the changes to be made have been looked for very couefully. This research consist of four sections. In the first section the aim, the contents and methods of it have been handled. In the second section the present situational analysis of tourism education at Anatolian Hotel and Tourism Schools has been made. In the third section the establishing of the changes to be done for reconstructing Anatolian Hotel and Tourism Schools has been made by this method of survey. In the fourth section the restructuring motel of tourism education in Anatolian Hotel and Tourism School for the needs of tourism area has been presented. The research has been completed by giving the result section.
