Özet
Mixture distribution in the combustion chamber of an engine substantially affects the procedure of combustion as well as the formation of exhaust gas and soot emission. This requires in this case a precise fuel injection and fuel preparation in the combustion chamber. A significant part here is a steady - going fuel injection through every spray hole of a multi - hole nozzle to a diesel engine with direct injection. Up to this time the measurement of fuel mass of single jet amounts from every spray hole was not easy possible, but this is necessary for the further optimization of injection nozzles. The aim of this work is to develop a procedure and a measuring interface that would make it possible measure the fuel mass of single jet amounts from every spray hole of a multi - hole nozzle independent from the shape and design of the nozzle. For this purpose it was necessary to investigate influences of nozzle parameters, shape of the nozzle, parameters of mounting and manufacturing and operating conditions from single jet amounts and to make CFD -calculations of the inner nozzle flow. These results are needed to improve jet quality. The realizations are necessary, in order to improve the jet quality. This work shows that the further optimization of the injection nozzle and the quality of the single jet quantities of the individual spraying holes is dependent on the following parameters: Spray hole shape (e.g. high - angle, spraying hole length, etc.) Manufacturing tolerances (e.g. spraying hole diameter, needle clearance, etc.) Mounting parameter (e.g. starting torque, transverse force at the injector, etc.). - A nozzle is to possess as same a spraying hole geometry for all spraying holes as possible, so that even flow conditions for all spraying holes result, e.g. with same elevation angles for all spraying holes with a nozzle is it possible the quality of the single jet quantities between the spraying holes to be improved. - With the manufacturing of the nozzle the technologically feasible closest tolerance limits are to be selected and used, i.e. a small deviation of the spraying hole diameters leads to each other to an improvement of the quality of the single jet quantities between the spraying holes. - Another crucial parameter for the quality of the single jet quantities are the mounting parameters, e.g. with an experimentally obtained optimum assembly torque are no nozzle deformations and no changes of single jet quantities between the spray holes detectable.
